Now our experience with AI has been through the implementation of our systems so we are going to be primarily discussing our AI systems and their results.
So it might naturally come across as salesy but, im gonna try my best to hold back and behave.

I'm a big metaphor guy, so time for a good ol’ metaphor.
AI is doing for sales teams what the tractor did for farmers.
Before tractors, farmers had to plow by hand. It was brutal, time-consuming, and limited.
After tractors? One farmer could do the work of five.
Output went through the roof. But the farmer still steered the wheel.
And because of this, the farmers who got in early, had an insane advantage over other farmers who preferred the “old ways”.
Same with AI.
Like the tractor… AI is a tool that can give an insane edge over your competition (if implemented correctly and early).
But something that is important to understand.

Lead Reactivation Agent
Old leads are gold.
Seems counterintuitive right?
Most businesses have a list of people who opted in, booked a call, showed interest… but never bought.
In fact on average, most businesses only have a 3%-10% conversion rate.
Now, i'm not particularly good a math, but if my math is mathing...
that means for most businesses, 90%-97% of their leads don’t convert.
Most businesses are leaving an insane amount of money on the table.
You already paid to get them. Why not pursue them?
And by pursue, I don’t mean just send out canned emails once-a-decade, or mass texts.
I mean intentionally and personally pursue.
Most owners I talk with say something similar... “Jonny, I don’t have time to focus on the old leads. I need to focus on the newer, warmer ones.”

📖 Case Study: Using our Lead Reactivation for Debt Consolidation Company
In 2025, it is possible to have your cake AND eat it.
The below stats are for a Debt Consolidation company.
Like many high volume, ‘lead reliant’ businesses…
They spend multi 6 figures (I also work with many businesses that don't spend near this much so if thats you, no prob) on leads per month but unfortunately, they’ll only speak to half.
The other half, well they’re written off as… “just the cost of doing business”
Here is how they close their leads:
The lead comes in from paid ads, or organic traffic.
It then gets passed into a dialer and dialed every hour, for 48 hours.
By my math, that means the prospect gets called 16 times within the first 48 hours.
On day 3, instead of continuing with calls…
They decided to send 319 of those ‘dialed to death’ leads to our Lead Reactivation Agent.
Out of those 319 ‘dead’ leads…
47 responded
21 booked an appointment...
And the sales?
Well, each sale is worth between $4,000 and $7,000.
Their minds were blown.

This is an actual conversation between our Lead Reactivation Agent and a Debt Consolidation lead:
The AI kicks off each conversation in a super personal way to ‘ring a bell’ in the prospect’s mind.

So there you have it!
That's a real life example of how our Lead Reactivation Agent takes ‘dialed to death’ leads and turns them into sales.
Now, the AI is going to get more juice out of a 3 day old lead than a 3 year one…
